This privacy policy applies to the RemuWalls app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Appnexia Labs (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide you with the best possible experience, specifically our Real-Time Partner Sync feature, the Service Provider requires certain personally identifiable information when you create an account. This information includes:

First Name and Last Name
Username
Email Address
Device identifiers and Operating System version
Usage data (time spent on the app, pages visited)

Strict Privacy Guarantee:The data we collect is strictly for internal use to make the Application function correctly. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing agencies. Your personal data is kept highly confidential.

The Application does not gather precise GPS location data and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.

2. Backend & Infrastructure

We utilize Supabase as our secure backend infrastructure for authentication and real-time database syncing. Your personal information (such as email and name) is securely encrypted and stored within Supabase's secure servers, strictly for the purpose of maintaining your account and facilitating the Partner Sync feature.

Only aggregated, anonymized data (which cannot be traced back to you) is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application, fixing bugs, and providing non-intrusive advertisements.

4. Data Deletion & Opt-Out Rights

We believe you should have complete control over your data. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

To permanently delete your account, you can either use the "Delete Account" option inside the App's Settings menu, or visit our dedicated data deletion portal:

You can also stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it from your mobile device.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@appnexia.com.

6. Security & Changes

The Service Provider is deeply concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
